The following are policies regarding the return of a product purchased directly from Compu-Video Systems Inc. If you wish to return a product and did not purchase it directly from Compu-Video Systems Inc. you must contact the company that you purchased the product from for their return policies.

• No returns will be accepted 30 days after the original invoice date.
• CALL FOR RMA# BEFORE RETURNING PRODUCT
• All refunds will be given as credit.
• All returns must be carefully Packed and made transportable prepaid by the shipper.
• The item must be in its original unopened box.
• Do not use the product box as the shipping box.
• A 20% restocking charge will be applied to all returns.
