Inc. has been dedicated to providing the
customer with quality, American made, video
security products that have high reliability and
excellent video performance. We at Compu-Video
Systems are proud of the quality of our products
and provide a 5 year warranty on both parts and
labor.
Today because of the quality of
our products, you will find Compu-Video Systems
equipment in many places and uses around the
world. They are being used in security systems,
manufacturing processes, in scientific analysis,
and in many other places where high quality
video switching and distribution products are
needed.
Compu-Video Systems can also
provide technical support for the systems
integrator or the installer to help interface
our products into today’s varied market places.
Our designs are based on the simple premise of
keeping the operating simple and easy to use.
This allows today’s busy customer to spend less
time learning how to operate our equipment.

| Company Policies

Payment Policy: |
|
All new customers will be billed
COD, Prepay, or Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard)
until they have sent us a credit application and
it has been reviewed and approved by Compu-Video
Systems Inc. Upon review and approval, Compu-Video
Systems Inc. will determine what credit amount
will be extended to the new company and the
terms of payment. Terms can range from (but are
not limited to), Staying on COD, Prepay, or
Credit Card, to Net 15, Net 30 or Net 45.
Any Net 30 accounts that are over
60 days will be converted to COD, Prepay or
Credit Card accounts effective day 60 at 1 p.m.
(ET). There are no exceptions and no leniency
will be granted. In order to get Net 30 back the
customer must payoff all invoices that are over
30 days, resubmit a credit application for
approval, by Compu-Video Systems Inc. and then
and only then will Compu-Video make the decision
to reinstate the Net 30 account or have the
company continue to pay by COD, Prepay or Credit
Card.

Return Policy: |
The following are policies
regarding the return of a product purchased
directly from Compu-Video Systems Inc. If you
wish to return a product and did not purchase it
directly from Compu-Video Systems Inc. you must
contact the company that you purchased the
product from for their return policies.

No returns will be accepted
30 days after the original invoice date.

CALL FOR RMA# BEFORE
RETURNING PRODUCT

All refunds will be given as
credit.

All returns must be carefully
Packed and made transportable prepaid by the
shipper.

The item must be in its
original unopened box.
-
Do not use the product box as
the shipping box.
-
A 20% restocking charge will
be applied to all returns.

Shipping Policy: |
|
All orders received before 3:00
p.m. (ET) will be shipped that same day provided
the product(s) indicated in the order are in
stock. Any order received after 3:00 p.m. (ET)
will not be shipped until the following business
day. The customer will receive a faxed Invoice
to confirm the order has been shipped with the
product’s serial number and UPS tracking number
on it. If it is a credit card order the customer
must sign the invoice in the indicated area and
fax it back to Compu-Video Systems Inc. before
the product will be shipped. Failure to do so by
3:45 p.m. (ET) will result in the product not
being shipped until the next business day.
